Can I make special requests for the funeral?
Absolutely, the funeral is a celebration of life. We will be happy to discuss with you all options and ensure the funeral is tailored to your wishes. It may be personalized by having favourite hymns, readings, music or other requests whatever it is we will ensure your request is carried out for your love one.
Can I get help with the cost of the funeral?
It is possible that you may be able to qualify for assistance towards funeral expenses from the social fund if you are in receipt of one of the following benefits:
- Council Tax Benefit
- Income Support
- Income Based job Seekers Allowance
- Working Families Tax Credit
- Disabled Persons Tax Credit
It is impossible to say if you do qualify, however, we will assist you with completing the application form.
Do you do pre-planned funerals arrangement?
No, but we can recommend or give you information of responsible services that will help you.
Must the funeral be religious?
No, every family is different and not everyone wants the same type of funeral. Funeral practices are influenced by religion, cultural tradition costs and personal preference. You can choose to have a religious, non-religious or a civil ceremony depending on your preference, whatever you decide we will assist you with your wishes.
Will you take charge of all the arrangements?
Yes. Leading up to the day we will assist every step of the way and take full responsibilities, keeping you up to date as regularly as you wish.
How much do your services cost?
